The Loxus story
Loxus Technologies Oy was founded in 1998. At that time, we received our first task, when ferries were being replaced by bridges and we used side-scan sonar to scan bridge underlays for archaeological purposes, as requested by the Finnish Heritage Agency.
Loxus Consulting
Loxus Consulting was founded by Andrius Rimsa in 2020.
Andrius Rimsa, PhD Geology, during 2002- 2007 completed his doctoral dissertation focusing on zircon U-Pb geochronology and petrology on metamorphic rocks in Sweden and India.
